A Bath Receipe
Take warm water to the your choice of temperature. Dissolve 2 to 3 cups of Epsom salt (Magnesium Sulphate) and 1 to 2 cup of baking soda into into your warm water.
Optionally you can also add essential oil to maximize the benefits.
Bath with taking your time. If you are doing this in tub relax your body in this water for about 30 minutes.
Take a shower or bath with plain water to remove any particles from your body.
