Take dark green and orange vegetables and orange fruits. They are rich in beta-carotene which is converted to Vitamin A in the body and helps to make new skin. Vitamin B2 is also known as Beauty-Vitamin as it rids the skin of common maladies - such as oiliness, whiteheads, blackheads etc.
