Breast Massage - in Four Steps
For Firmer Breasts

The four-step procedure will
give you a simple massage technique that can be done, either by
yourself or by any massager.
Breast
massagemust be done properly and with exerting only moderate pressure.
Not only does massaging the
breasts make them firmer, it also makes them healthier and aids in
maintaining the balance of hormones in a woman’s body. Breast massage
also prevents sagging and loosening of breast tissues making them
firmer and attractive for more longer.
Breast massage is one of the best ways to help create a more beautiful bustline by helping to shape, tone and promote growth of the breast and the area surrounding the breast.

This procedure should be done at least twice a week.
Step One
First, apply generous amount of any good oil or breast cream on both of your breasts for a comfortable and friction-less hand movements for your pleasure.
Slowly massage with circulatory movements in the outward direction from centre of chest to underarms. These gentle movements travel from the nipple and directly away using no more pressure than what you would apply to your eyelid. Any more pressure would flatten the lymphatic vessel and stop the flow of toxins and fluids.
Step Two
Gently massage the breast with a kneading-like motion, lifting it from te chest and delicate pressing movements with both hands. Breasts should be gently kneaded with fingers encircling the breasts and twisting and clutching of flesh of breast completely. This step helps in supporting ligaments and helps the damage against gravity. This steps prevents the chances of breast sagging
in future.
Step Three
Slowly
and carefully massager will use his hands to twist the breast in a
clock-wise and anticlockwise direction, being careful not to put too
much tension on the breast. Scoop the fibers of the breast with utmost
gentleness using the flat
of the fingertips clockwise, and then
counterclockwise.
Step Four
Lastly, the flesh
of the breast should be stroked and smoothened by fingertips. Use both
hands to apply several, moderate pressure, compressions, gentle
strokes from centre to outward
direction or from nipples to breasts border going down on your breasts.
After the completion of all steps, the same process should be followed
for massage on other breast too.
