Tips
Have a shower and wash rash area with a good antibacterial soap. Dry under your breast completely. There should not be any trace of water or even moistness. If it is too sore to wipe you can use hair dryer on low heat.
While at home, wear no bra and loose T-shirt. Once the rash is clear, use any good powder based deodorant under your breast to prevent more rash.

Antifungal Cream
If you have any fungal infection, you can use antifungal foot medication after consulting with your doctor. Apply a small quantity. The red itching rash generally will quickly become less irritated. In most cases you will be having a yeast infection as it is common to happen under the breasts. Here the antifungal cream will work.
