Male Doctor?
Male Gyanaeocologist?
Some queries that may arise in your mind

Query 1 - Examine by Male Doctor

I went to a male gynocologist during my 3 months' pregnancy. After stethoscope checking and measuring blood pressure doctor asked me to loose my top. He then lifted my bra and checked with stethoscope over my breasts and then after he checked my breasts by pressing here and there for a while. He did this for both of her breasts. I lied silently.
Did doctor was having fun with my body parts? What was the reason or logic to check my breasts? Does checking breasts in such way really concerned with pregnancy?  I feel there was no reason why he should check anyone's breasts so closely.

Answer

Yes, during pregnance a gynecologist will feel breasts for any suspicious lumps. Also he might need to stretch or position the skin of breasts to use stethoscope properly.
Still, on moral and modesty ground if a doctor had to put his hand in your bra he should say 'sorry' first, or he should say 'I need to put the stethoscope lower down - excuse me' or something like that.
So the female could be more normal and ready for the necessity of such checkup as most of the common person do not about such checkups.

Query 2 - Examine by Male Doctor

Why does the gynecologist pushes his finger in my buttocks? Is this normal? I felt there is no reason why he insert finger there if i am pregnant. I am totally confused whether doctor was honest or not to his profession here.

Answer

During a pelvic exam and pap smear doctor does a rectal exam to be able to feel the ovaries better. It can sometimes be virtually impossible to feel the ovaries so doing a rectal exam can help significantly.
Or if he felt a lump when he was giving you an internal checkup then he would check it out to see if it was compacted faeces, rather than a lump in your vagina. It may sound disgusting but better to be safe than sorry and its his job
They also check to see if there is blood in the stool , because if there is their might be a dietary problem that needs to be addressed as well.
