Men are visually driven. Any curve of a woman's body create attraction in men. This is also a reason why your dress or way of dressup makes a difference in the world. If you wear a dress which more or less exposes men's favourite curves, like calf, thighs, even knee, shoulder etc. they get attracted sooner.
Now go towards simplicity. Men do not notice a tons of details. They get attracted towards even a small detail of your body. Your appearance should be simple and attractive. Never put tons of jewelery like too many rings, necklaces, chains and or even piercings. You are not going to distract men from you yourself towards your jewelery. So keep accessories on your body minimum.
Wear clothes which gives an impression to men that your clothing can easily be removed. You can understand by an example - Suppose you wear calf length skirt once and later in place of skirt you wrap a towel of the same calf length. Men will feel more attracted on towel appearance rather than skirt. Reason is they feel that towel is easier to remove rather than skirt. In the same way if you wear a top with no buttons and if you wear a top with big full zipper in front they will get attracted towards the top with front zipper as they feel it is easier to remove that very top.
If you wear a pair of shorts and skirt of same length, the skirt will attract men more. The reason is your skirt creates a 'hope' in men to look 'something' more of you but in shorts they don't 'hope' to 'see' 'anything more'.
