What is a 'Perfect Bra'
1. Bra Size
Are you wearing a right bra? Do you purchase bra looking only size i.e.32, 34, 36 ? Did you ever care about cup size of bra except than size, like 32B, 34A, 32D etc.? Here are some important facts which you might wanted to know but didn't know whom to ask?
2. Proper positioning of the breasts
The proper position is mid-way between the shoulder and elbow. Your bras should always fit accurately. cups should be just right accomodating whole of your breast.
3. Importance of properly fitted bra
The breast is in fact a delicate glandular tissue. It needs prper care and proper support as it has weight, especially as we age. A well fitted bra can help you in following ways.
- Smooth and shape breasts, make breasts appear large and fuller adding attractively shaped curves
- Support and lift breasts comfortably, improving posture.
- Make breasts appear smaller, beautiful, giving the body a leaner and taller appearance
- No bounces, so no embarrassment.
- helping you reduce your discomfort from headache and back pain.

4. Check your bra fitting if you feel...
- At night you want to remove your bra.
- The under-bra wires hurt - the band is too small or the bra sits too low on the ribcage.
- The middle front rides up away from the body - cups are too small. The middle of your bra should lie as flat as possible against your breastbone for a comfortable fit.
- The shoulders hurt or being pulled forward - more support is needed (smaller band and larger cups)
- Straps fall off the shoulders - need to be tightened or they have lost elasticity
- Red marks on your shoulders caused by your bra straps.
- Breasts comes out over the top of the cup in a double bump, looking out of shape. The cup size is too small
- The center of your bra does not touch the breastbone.
- Your bra rises up at the back, unable to support the weight of your bust.
- Your bust is not properly supported and falls forward, instead of being in its central position.
- As you move, your bust bounces up and down.
5. How to check that you have right size
Put your hands through the straps so that the straps are over your shoulders; bend forward from the waist and adjust your breast position so that your breasts are completely within the cup with the nipples being at the fullest point within the cup; make sure the hooks are fastened at the middle position; stand up and adjust the straps so that your breasts are at the right level; and make sure that the bra does not rise at the back and is comfortable without being too tight.
Bra for Small Bust
To make the most of a small bust, try a balcony style bra, with or without padding. this can give you an enhanced neckline, excellent uplift, and a lovely, curvy shape. Half-cup bras also flatter a smaller bust; padding at the sides and under the bust give maximum lift. Avoid bras that have square-cut bust lines; they'll flatten you even more.
Bra for Large Bust
For women with larger busts, wider shoulder and back straps give firm support. Full cups contain the breast better and give a better appearance. Underwired bras provide better support under the bust. Smooth, plain bra styles, without too much lace, help to make your bust appear smaller.
